- the limitation of the processing of data concerning him/her, i.e. to ask the data controller or data processor to reduce the purposes or the manner in which his/her data is processed.
The data subject may also request a copy of his/her data in standard format ("Right to data portability").
Finally, the person to whom the data refer has the right to object at any time and without any cost, in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
- the processing of personal data relating to him/her carried out pursuant to Article 6(1) GDPR, points e. ('processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller') or f.
